We as strong and robust security corporation, offer an extensive line of security and personal protection services. The firm consists of five principal officers with a combined industry experience of over 25 years. The company was formed to take advantage of the significant weakness and inadequacies in local, regional, and national security and protection companies in terms of professionalism, quality, and customer satisfaction.

The firm is owned and operated by its principal investors. Our primary office is located in Qala Murad Baig, Kabul with satellite offices in Balkh, Kandahar, Jalalabad, Helmand, Dikundi and Urozgan, as well as intermittent operations in other areas. We are in a much better position to take the challenge of working anywhere in Afghanistan. We are unmatched in the industry in experience and expertise, as well as knowledge of all areas of Afghanistan.

Our firm’s primary target is provision of safety and security to our national and international clients in the designated areas and spots. That will include residential/commercial facilities, personal protection for high profile, high risk, individuals, and security consulting and training services. Our professionalism is the result of our long years of experience, untiring duties and deep knowledge, and understanding in the field of security and safety.

Industry competition comes in several forms, typically defined by firm size and scope of service line. Our most significant competition is small to mid-sized agencies that operate in a narrow market of Kabul. We have identified some competitors that are considered closely matched to our firm based on size and service line. However, none of the competitors analyzed in this business plan, or otherwise, offer the extensive line of services that our firm offers, nor are they client-centric in their service approach.   There are also other security firms that are generalist in nature and do not focus on a niche market. Furthermore, they tend to employ agents who have limited experience, suffer from high turnover rates, and are focused on servicing a high volume of clients. As a result, these competitors tend to take a “mass production” approach towards the industry and lack customer focus in their service delivery. We believe that in Afghanistan, there are such security companies which are being used only to pump up money from this business, and almost all of this money finds its way outside Afghanistan to large international security companies, which is absolutely unfair to our war torn country. On the other hand, we as Afghan based security company have personal, moral and professional interest in our country. We believe to play our part although in a small way to help our dear country in the process of rebuilding and reconstruction. We are trying to reinvest the money earned in order to improve the economy of our country, and to create hundreds of jobs for our fellow countrymen.
